It’s about witnessing a team go for something it really wants when there's a fleeting opportunity and watching the players optimize their odds for creating success.

There's no such thing as pressure, every moment is the same. When you feel pressure, respond—don’t react. Be the eye of the hurricane. Trust the process. Focus on what you can control. Focus on accepting the present moment as it comes, and contribute accordingly. Your play speed can tell you a lot about how you’re operating.
Over five years of playing professional basketball, I had hands-on experience in applying and refining these insights. My philosophy also developed under the influence of Eckhart Tolle, Tara Brach, Jon Kabat-zinn, Joe Dispenza, Heartmath, and Gina Tang.
Perhaps my biggest influence came from silence. I spent hours meditating every day, investigating my emotional triggers and sharpening tools to ground me into the present moment with compassion and acceptance so I could play my best game. I watched myself transform again and again, until I led the league in 3 point field goal percentage.
At the height of my professional career, I found myself at a crossroads and chose to retire in order to be home with my daughter. However, I was clear about the next step: With my passion for human potential, I wanted to share what I learned about peak performance with other athletes.
I've since developed a program that offers a framework for understanding personal growth in a way that facilitates freedom in play. With specific terminology, strategies, and techniques, I help athletes craft their own high-performance tool kit. In my first season of coaching, I led two teams to league championships, one of them with a 22-1 record. Now I’m looking to grow forward.
My goal is to help people to discover who they really are—to connect with passion, purpose, integrity, courage—so they can bring their best game, both on and off the court.

Through specific technique and transformational experience, I show young players how to find the inner peace and confidence that wins--both on and off the basketball court. These skills helps them learn to respond in a positive manner to adversity, to explore and express their emotions constructively, and to integrate personal intentions with collective goals.
